Well, I've tried to make a penpal online before. Result? Most of them never bothered to reply.

If you want to write a letter to a penpal, I would suggest you do what you are meant to do with a stranger - introduce yourself. Maybe tell her a few small facts about yourself but for safety, don't give her any personal information or anything that you're not comfortable with sharing. Ask her how she (he? ) is and if she would like to be your penpal. That would make a good start for the first e-mail. Hope this helps! :3

Also, what's with the title? I don't understand what it means. Is it Hunger Games-related?
