You need something like a hobby or something you can do with friends that you look forward to that isn't dramatically expensive. Something you can do more often to keep you active and motivated. Are there any sports that you like? Do you like art? Hookah? Maybe volunteer somewhere like an animal shelter or something? Look into things that could put you in the position to make new friends and keep your mind on positive things. You can do it!
