Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown!

yeah they are doing it tonight in another part of the county. But hey, I guess it doesn't matter when you do it, what matters is... did you have fun!

It's funny really... I get depressed around every other holiday... but around Halloween... I'm stoked... I don't get it??!!??

Oh... boo I missed it... I love that show... we were trick or treating... they don't do it on Sundays round these parts. *snicker*

Who would name their baby Glycerine?

"In foods and beverages, glycerol serves as a humectant, solvent and sweetener, and may help preserve foods. It is also used as filler in commercially prepared low-fat foods (e.g., cookies), and as a thickening agent in liqueurs. Glycerol and water are used to preserve certain types of leaves"

Pregnancy Stuff

Here in the UK we only ask for consent for an epidural once a woman asks for one in labour. And we don't require written consent, just verbal. But I think Americans sue their doctors more than Brits do! Personally I think you're worth signing it and keeping your options open. I've met a lot of women who intend on managing without an epidural who change their minds once in labour, especially if the baby turns out to be OP (lying with it's back against the mum's back), which is extremely painful. So yeah, doing it without pain relief is great, but there's too many things (like the position of the baby) that you just can't predict!

I never did the childbirthing classes, not sure why, lol. I never took any pain meds and yes it does hurt but it was awesome...

congrats on your sweet baby boy. I'm 21 weeks pregnant with a surprise baby. I can't leave OD just yet either-I have been there for short of five years. But the way things have been, well..it's frustrating.
