 I suffer from Major Depressive Disorder and Post Traumatic Stress disorder and the therapist is fairly sure I have Asperger's as well... BUT... the only reason I don't want to write on my arms... is I'm paranoid about writing on my skin... yeah it sounds ridiculous I'm sure... but... I wanted to thank you for supporting this.... I mean so many people older than myself still have a stigma about depression and such ... and it's disease not unlike diabetes except it's an issue with your mind.

I have scars on my arms too, from middle school and high school when I had no one to talk to, no one for support and no one to care. I think you're perfectly right in not forgiving him. He knows your child has a different father, and if he's with you he needs to respect that. But people like that don't change. There's no excuse for hurting someone, ever.
Don't expose your children to someone like that. My nephew's seen my sister's husband beat her like that; and he's had a really rough time because of it. Kids don't handle that well.

I gained 30 pounds total through out my pregnancy & I lost it all within 3 weeks. Don't forget that all that weight is for a good reason.

Random flyby: If he only wants to hang out with you when none of his other friends are around he isn't worth it to be a friend to you. His excuse is just that...and excuse that holds no weight, so tell him to be a man and stop being your friend when it suits him. What a dumbass thing for a guy to do...seriously. Get up in his grill or whatever and call him out on his bullshit. That's what I would do. Which is probably why I only have a few close friends...but I tolerate no bullshit form people who are supposed to be my friends.
