baby, let your colors burst* Hello all. As you prolly have already read, my name is Lindsey. I am 21, almost 22, birthday on 6/19/1989 people. Yes, I am old, but I look younger and am young at heart.
This entry is a little bit of a 'get to know me; entry. I will only tell you the basics that I feel that I want you to know. This will allow the Bloop community get to understand who I am. Maybe, just maybe this will help me have readers of my diary. If you read my diary and comment, I will always check yours out and comment to yours as well. It's only common curteouscy(sp?) lol.
I am from Mississippi. I am originally from North MS, but just recently moved to South Me to live with my Hubby, Zach, who has a job in South MS. He is a band director, which brings me to my next point. I am a newlywed, November 21, 2010. Zach and I got married on Ft. Walton Beach, Florida. It was my fairy tale wedding. I cannot express the love that I have for my husband. He plays a HUGE role in my life and you will definitely hear about him frequently throughout entries. I am sorry for that ahead of time. ha.
Also, recently, I graduated with my Bachelors of Music Education from The University of Mississippi. SO, this means that I am a band director. Just like me husband, except, I am headed back to school to receive my Masters in Music Education. I don't have a job right now, but I am looking real hard, applying at any place that will have me. I just recently got a lead on job, so keep your fingers crossed.
On the other side of things, I am a silly, crazy girl, which you read on my frontpage, I hope. My frontpage should tell you my quirky side. I am extremely professional when needed, but I do have my happy, yay! side as well. You will soon see that.
I am not new to Bloop. I have taken a break for a while now and feel the need to return to help use this as therapy for my thoughts. There are some 'things' that are going on right now in my life and this will help me straighten them out in one way or another. I sure hope it does. Say a prayer.
Music is a universal language. It is my passion. I love teaching it to new minds. I love having it as an outlet. On most days, I am listening to some sort of music constantly. Teaching music is my way of giving back to talent that God gave me. God has blessed me with a loving family, friends, and a more than loving Husband! I cannot express my thankfulness for these three categories. Music is my way of giving my blessings back to God and it is what I will do for the rest of my life.
On the other side of music, I love to dance to a good beat. If there is a song on the radio that holds a sick beat, I'm dancing and not embarrassed to dance. I love it and there is nothing that could make me happier in the world.
I believe that this is the beginning to a beautiful friendship.
Until next time yall, Lindsey Leigh.
