.x.Got my lil house!

So i chose a different one. This one is 12x36. I paid $700 today, and its a 5 year lease and monthly payments are $290. They are adding it to my parents property tomorrow!!!!! The Mennonite community down the road built it. Its like a mini home with a porch and windows. These are just some super quick pics i took. I got the paint for it already. Dad is going to hook up my electric.tgen after that we xo insulation and sheet rock. But its got tons of potential. Our bed will be at the top (hence the ladder that they are building for me). Waylons bed on the bottom with our bookshelf, my mamaws chest and tv, couch, and the little window area will be great for our table. I also went out and bought a little gas grill so i dont have to bug mom and dad all the time and can cook dinner at our place. Busy! Whole house to go through, throw ALOT away and minimize the fuck out of our belongings.
