Growing up did you have any traditions? If you did do you still continue them now?
Having divorced parents let me have multiple holiday traditions. My dad's side of the family always had our Christmas a few days before the actual holiday. My dad has one brother (twin), Uncle Marlin, Aunt Marty, and my three cousins all went to grandma and grandpa's. Grandma would always play Santa handing out presents. Every year the cousins and I would take a picture with the little Santa statue. I might have one in my computer I can upload. hrmmm *checks* I found one! I'm the youngest one in red. lol! It continued every single year until we were teenagers.
I would then go see my mom for actual Christmas day and we'd go to my step-dad's parents house in South Carolina. We'd have a huge dinner with the entire family and then open presents after. I really miss going there every year. The last time I went was about 7 years ago. It sucks being an adult. And especially working in retail, I couldn't get time off. I had plans to go this year now that I'm out of retail, but getting the money to go. (gas is expensive), would be an issue. I'm sure if I talked to my mom and step-dad, they'd help. But I really hate doing that.

So the lady from the school finally e-mailed me back. Here. I'll copy/paste it.
"Hello James & Melissa,
I though both of you would be a good fit at Score Academy and while I thought I would be able to bring you on next week, it doesn't look like that will be happening now. So please stay tuned and hopefully we can start you teaching shortly. If you happen to acquire a full-time position in the meantime please let me know. Otherwise I will keep you posted as to when I will be able to bring you on board."
So technically I got the job. I just don't have a starting date yet. During the interview, she said she needed someone immediately. I guess that fell through. *sigh* So who knows when I'll actually work. It's kind of like the tutoring job I was hired for. I e-mailed that lady too yesterday, and once again, she said that she would call me when she had work. So I guess I have two jobs. Just no work. lol.. and no paycheck.
Anywho, not much else to update.
