Tattoos are painful. Anyone who says otherwise is lying. It all depends on your pain tolerance. I have a high pain tolerance so the pain doesn't bother me but it does exist. The side is one of the more tender/painful spots to have done. The outline and shading weren't bad. I just finished color and that was worse due to all of the shading and having to go over the same area several times. I'll be posting a new photo shortly

 We live on opposite sides of the US (I'm in California) but I'd swear we could be twins! haha I'm 20-something (28) & used to work with kids! I love them! Looking forward to getting to know you, my new random favorite! hehe
