I was way too tired last night to come on and post anything. It was a long day of sitting around and waiting pretty much.

We got up yesterday morning and left the house almost immediately. Stopped for some gas and then headed over to the mall to pick up my ring. He had said it would be in on TUESDAY and it was now WEDNESDAY morning. So it should be in . . . right? Well wrong. He pulled some story out of his butt about how he had been sick since we came in and bought it so his brother had taken it to be sized and forgotten to bring it back and he had no idea. Are you freaking kidding me? Okay fine. I am pissed but whatever. He told us it should be in that evening and he would call us when it arrived. If not then we could pick it up first thing this morning. He never called last night. He still hasn't called this morning but it don't matter because we are going in tonight and if it's not there we are going to raise hell. I am so mad I don't think he even has any idea.

We made a stop by the courthouse to get the "official copies" of our marriage license so we could take them to base and get me into the system. Well we did all that and went to base before anywhere else because they told him as soon as he was married he needed to come straight there to get me into the system. Well. Because we went straight there and not to the social security office or license bureau to get my name changed they refused to put my new last name on any of the paperwork or my military ID. So I am sure you can imagine I was even more pissed. Josh was all cool about it " O we will just come back next week and change it in the system when we get them." No. The whole point was to not have to go back again and wait around for stupid crap. We have too much to do before we leave on our vacation next week. this is utterly retarded. They had my marriage license to see my name is changed why the hell not. Whatever.

We went after that to look at getting into base housing and find out when we would need to come in and sign a lease or whatever. Come to find out they will set us up 30 days out from our move date and they just started pro rating them instead of charging for the whole month..... sweet ass . So at least one thing went right in my day. We have our address and everything just don't get our keys til we actually come in the day we move in. No big deal. The living room is my only complaint, its smaller then my itty bitty bedroom now. We were going to get a sectional but there is no way it will fit. Bummer.

Anyways. Just thought I would update you all on what happened yesterday before I come back screaming tonight because he still does not have my ring lol. Which I hope with all my heart does not have to happen.
