Friday at work was cool, finished my last project at 11;30am and out of there before noon, with overtime cash in my pocket, and damn was it HOT, nearly burned a hole in my pocket. So I thought I'd head to WalMart, BestBuy, Kroger, etc. , my first stop Kohls, need a new pair of Levi's, they had a great sale going on. Got two big bags of jeans, hoodies, Tee's, cargo shorts, unddies - Happy Valentines Day to me! Now that I'm alone and single, I find I have an extra buck or two i my pockets at the end of the week, after 25 years of taking care of Wife and Kids it might take a while before I realize I should save some. Think I'll head back over to BestBuy and get some CDs to add to my MP3 player, thinking, , , 30 seconds to mars, slipknot, like to have the newest ShineDown but I already have two of their CDs, but they are a favorite! A new pair of HIGH dollar (more than 50bucks, lol) Headphones would be sweet! - oh well I can walk around Best Buy for hours.
Still can't get my sweet wife out of my head, been 8 days since she told me to go to her attorney and sign divorce papers, haven't talked to again, want to text her and tell her how much I love and miss her, bet she got my Valentines card yesterday or maybe today, have a feeling it will be returned unopened. - I know she's MENTAL so it's hard to guess what state of mind she'll be in at any given moment, so I keep my fingers crossed and hope she has a "I love you too" moment, soon - I didn't go sign the documents, yet.
I SURE MISS HER! - but my life is better in every way since she left, hope my heart heals soon, before she decides to come back for the 3rd time in the last 4 years. |
