Feeling better...

So I'm not really sure if I updated you guys on my illness. lol I can't remember anything I've updated on, honestly. So if I already updated on it, discard this part of the entry and move on.
So I went to the ER last week because my throat still hurt (for 2 weeks) and my ear was hurting really bad. The ER doctor (an old fuck that needs to retire already) said that I just had a sore throat and the pain from my throat was going into my ear. He said there was nothing he could do for me and sent me home in pain. So I dealt with it. I went home feeling like shit and couldn't do anything about it. A couple days later, I was at my sister's house and my throat started hurting a lot worse. So I grab a flashlight and go look at it. I had huge blisters on the back of my throat that looked like someone had burned me. And my ear was hurting a lot worse too. So the next morning I called my family doctor and she worked me in for that afternoon. She checked everything out and informed me that I have a throat infection and a double ear infection. She had to put me on 3 different prescriptions and told me to take mucinex and an allergy pill everyday. it wouldn't have gotten that bad if the ER doctor had just given me meds. But now I have to be doped up on all these meds because it was let go and nothing was done about it, so it just kept getting worse.
I will never go back to that ER again. But I am feeling better. I've been on my meds for a few days now. And it's working! the only thing I don't like is the Lidocaine. It's the gel docs use to numb you when you have to get stitches. I have to gargle and swallow the shit. It's all slimy and thick and I gag the whole time it's in my mouth. It's NASTY!!!

Tomorrow is Mel's birthday!!!! She will be 30! I'm so excited! I am throwing a party for her tomorrow night! I bought all the stuff for the party... she's got a lime green tablecloth, lime green and orange plates and cups and napkins, and orange silverware. Then I got a green, gel Happy birthday sign to put on our door! I gotta pick up the cake I ordered tomorrow. It's chocolate cake with lime green icing and orange writing. (Happy Birthday P3anut) and I got a 3 and 0 candles. one is green and one is orange! Are you catching the theme here? lol

OHH- and I went to Paducah Saturday and got the rest of her presents. I got her lime green shoe laces, lime green comb in color for her hair, lime green nail polish, orange nail polish, an Alabama tumbler cup (which is AWESOME) and a book on Charles Manson (she loves him...wtf?) And of course the lime green throw and the complete series of The L Word!

I hope she's happy with what she gets!!
