A man enters a room with a sign on the wall that reads "Graphology Convention". A bunch of men in suits are standing around tables, shuffling papers, looking like convention-goers for any sort of dull yet pretentious hobby. As he approaches one of the men in suits speaks -
MAN IN SUITE: "Hi Larry. We all got together and based on the way you write your S's we have determined that you are totally gay and kind of selfish and we're going to ignore you."
LARRY: "What? You must have made a mistake, that's ridiculous!
MAN IN SUITE: "Did someone hear something? It's kind of like the wind only selfish and homosexual."
That whole thing is a lot funnier if you know what Graphology is.
There is all this light polution in my neighborhood, it never gets dark, just this kind of Grey Poupon shade of yellow. Sometimes I hate that and sometimes I love it. You know your life is a movie, right? It is a movie which was designed to end very soon, you see it's overbudget. We're wrapping up, releasing it with the Christmas blockbusters, and hoping for the best. All of us supporting players are going to cut our losses and find new acting gigs. I'm going out for CSI, wish me luck. As for you, your contract is for life so the next thing you pour to drink will be poisoned. Sorry.
Things are chaotic here as usual. Red hair girl eventually moved out, and the house of Why has gone through a number of roommates. Our current resident is Elle, a beautiful little goth drama queen. The other day she hit a deer with her car. That is not surprising, but afterwords this little 92-lb girl got out of the car and snapped it's neck. She then brought it home, butchered it behind our house, and filled our freezer with frightening looking venison. Crazy times.
Things have been busy here. I am recording a second album with the band, working on the second issue of my comic, and writing sketch comedy with Milos the spidergirl tutor, which we are going to start filming on soon. What have you been up to? |
