Tryin' to Conceive (cycle 1) [Confusing ovulation tests. Hubby at work ]

just a thing.. u ovulate 2 weeks after the FIRST day of your period... so say you have a 5 day period and it says you ovulate 8 days later that would be about right. The dark line appears when you have a surge of LH.. then you ovulate. The dark line doesn't necessarily mean "hey I'm ovulating now!"...

you ovulate 2 weeks after the first day of your period, not the last

that first person is right- the two weeks includes your period ex mines 7 days, so i ovulate 7 days after my period ends! Hope this helps!!!

My periods usually lasted four days too. I have no idea about the whole ovulation tests and what not. We didn't use them. My pregnacy was a and unexpected surprise.

cycle are bizarre things and theres no such thing as a perfect cycle! you're going by a 28 day cycle and that does't work if your cycle is only 21 days etc etc,
as a rule its roughly 11-14 days before your period is due that you ovulate.
going by the last ovulation tests you took i'd say you caught the LH surge (which means you're ovulating very soon after that) which means your period would be due in about 11-14 days.
charting is really helpful and something to look in to (and obssess over!! www.fertilityfriend.com)

XD Thank you!! I Love this color also. My natural hair color is dark dark brown almost black. The one thing i did get from my native American side. lol. But yeah I am in love with this hair color. But its starting to fade a little again so I am going to have to recolor it again soon.

I can't drop him. More or less, I figured I wouldn't see him since he had to work on the river. His two jobs are to pay for the baby, it just takes a tole on me. It was this way before, & I know I'm pregnant but I don't NEED him here physically all the time, other than for the support. I don't know, he is a great guy, he's just young yet. 20 years old. We both didn't mean to get pregnant, didn't plan on looking at rings for another two years. So, it's all sudden for him & I'm trying to be understanding now. Nothing can be perfect, I'd rather have him here 75% of the time, then doing it completely on my own.
I know there's times when I'm pissed at him & couldn't care less (or act like I couldn't care less...), but in the big picture, he's the second reason as to why I get up in the morning, right next to munchkin.

I'm glad that Panda is there for you like he should be. But you both decided that it was time to have a child rather than finding out you were pregnant. Tyler just deals with things different.

& it does sound like you know where I'm coming from, except more so. Tyler's never cheated on me, as far as I know & I don't think he ever would. His best friend cheats on all of his girlfriends, & Tyler tells him over & over that he needs to quit. So, I don't think he would. & I'm glad you're both clean!!

& there's no way I could ever leave Tyler. Even if I do, I would probably go back to him anyway. & there's a lot worse positions I could be in. He does listen to me & does want to fix things, so that's good. I just know that me not being understanding of the fact that he is twenty & he's still young & wants to do what he wants to do sometimes, makes it really hard on us. So, if I become understanding & accept the fact that he's not going to be here every night, which we don't live with eachother so who could expect that?...
