1 x 2L vanilla ice cream
3 x small turkish delight chocolate bars
2 x packets of choccie biscuits (like Tim Tams)
good handful of frozen raspberries
good handful of chopped marshmellows (or tiny ones)
Ice Magic chocolate topping (the stuff that goes hard when it touches the ice cream).

Soften vanilla ice cream by leaving out for a little while. Don't make it runny... just soft and easy to mix stuff through. Put in to a large mixing bowl.
chop up turkish delights, half of 1 packet of choccie bikkies and throw in the raspberries and marshmellows (you can use anything really!)
Mix it all through and press in to a bowl. I used a rounded stainless steel one.
In a food processor, crush the remaining packet and a half of choccie bikkies and then press on top of the ice cream in the bowl (makes a choccie bikkie base!) Freeze over night.

When ready to prepare, tip ice cream out onto a plate. I sat the bowl I used in the sink with hot water to melt the edges a bit and let it slide out... otherwise it won't budge. Put in the freezer for 5 minutes to reset the outside... then bring it out, pour the ice magic choco topping over the top, add some sprinkles and wa-laaaa! Ice cream cake
