Work-Out:
20 minutes on a bike
10 minutes on a tredmill
10 minutes on another kind of bike
30 minutes working with weights

Notes:
I actually went to the gym today.

I'm really really really excited
and sort of sore.
and my back hurts but i dont care because i went to the gym.
Yaaaaaaaay!
