I felt the same way when I moved out. I have 12 storage tubs fulls of stuff, as well as a bedroom at my friends house. I still have stuff at my parent's house, that I never packed up. I have such memories with some of my belongings though, especially pictures.
You're not weird. It's difficult to move. I live in the same house from the age of two to sixteen. It was difficult for me to move as well, even though I only moved ten minutes away from my old house.
