Dear Me,
I started P90X (the lean version) today. Definitely kicked my ARSE, but its good. It felt good.. i went a good 40mins before I started crapping out. I also went to the gym and did my usual weight machines and only did 20mins of cardio on the EFX machine. I only have 2 1/2 weeks left of the YMCA program and then I'm going to spread out gym days when I want so that it doesn't coincide too much with the P90X. The hardest part is the food..and not in the same way as my concerns in the last entry. Its way too much! I definitely didn't get in everything I was suppose to eat and I ate every 2 hrs from when I got up. There is no way I'm going to be able to eat as much as they want me to.. Maybe it will change as I go along.
