 ryc: I know you guys bought yours not too long ago. How much did they tack on to the sales price?? Our original price was $54k and it ended up being almost 90k!! I was like WHOA! Good thing we chose a cheaper one. lol. But, with the well and septic out of it it'll take it down a lot.
