First entry

First entry....well....not really. This is going to be my first entry on this diary....Mission-To-Lose. I am on a mission to lose...weight that is! It is Wednesday July 28th. Today marks the first day of my weight loss journey. Along my journey, I am going to be doing a few things:

I am going to be doing Wii Fit and Wii Biggest Loser to keep track of my calorie intake and weight.
I am going to be doing weekly weigh ins and posting them on here.
I will be taking weekly body pictures to keep track of my progress(most likely those will be on private and at the end of my journey I will set up a progression video)
I am going to be following a strict, low calorie meal plan.

I will NOT tell you my other diary name or who I am. I will tell you that I am 20 years old and my current weight is 143. This is the heaviest I have ever been and I am not happy about it. So I am taking action starting today. I will be saying goodbye to all the junk food in the house and going shopping for healthy goods today.

Feel free to give me your input or even your own weight loss journey stories and techniques. Look forward to hearing from you.

I think you are doing a good thing. 143 is not too bad but it depends on how tall you are. It's good that you are taking control of it before it gets out of hand, specially if you're unhappy about it. Keep it up!

I found the couch to 5k programme really helpful (although I put the wieght back on due to an injury )
