Where to begin? Oh yes. Right I having officially no life have completed the second Phoenix Wright game on my DS and Sonic Chronicles as well. (Had no idea I was that far in the game!). At this rate I might have to trade in half of my collection.
Finished reading Up a Tree in the Park at Night with a Hedgehog by P. Robert Smith. I kid ye not that is the title. I have just started reading Dancing on Ice by James Scott. No it HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ICE SKATING. It's about Scott's expedition to Greenland to assess the viability of an air route to Canada over Greenland.
Today I got the upstairs aerial point re-connected in the new house. Just in case we can't get virgin media upstairs. There is a box but it isn't in either of the rooms we would want a TV in. The guy said he'd be arriving between 11am an 2 pm. Typically just as I decided to utilise the bathroom he rang the doorbell. He was nice enough and did the job quickly. I now have crystyal clear analogue pictures upstairs. Still have to try the freeview upstairs yet. He did say the digital signal was poor but then again it isn't brilliant where we currently are.
About a week ago you will know I had an interview. I thought it went well, however they phoned the next day to tell me I hadn't got the job. Needless to say that was a pain in the backside. Almost as shocking as the nurse at the health centre saying no we don't have a record of you being immunised against TB. Well I'm sure I was, as there is a giant white mark on my arm where they did it. I find it shocking that there isn't a record of it. Especially since my brother had immunity and had to be sent to the hospital for an X-Ray. Anyway apparently only 17 people got an interview out of the 300 people that applied for the job. Now is it just me or is that a bloody scary number? Well what can you do apart from try?
I asked for a new chequebook from the bank which they promptly sent, then as per usual for me I found the previous one. Oh well no harm done just means I have an extra chequebook for a while.
