Yea im late with NoJoMo but ill start now
What a busy few days it has been! On Friday we picked up my mom at the train station. We had a fun weekend. We got to do some shopping and on Saturday, she took Genna and I for a pedicure. Ahhhh so relaxing, and it was Gennas first one, so cute! Sunday was SUCH a busy Halloween for us. I had to get my grocery shopping done in the morning then we went to a caramel apple party at a friends house (such a cute idea!) and then to our church's Harvest festival and trick or treating. My precious Evelynn was a clown for Halloween. She actually wore the clown costume that I wore when I was 2 and Genna wore when she was almost 2....so she was a 3rd generation clown Genevieve was a mermaid. She changed her mind several times this year about what she wanted to be, but ultimately she made a beautiful mermaid. Ill post pictures, as soon as I figure out how. lol. I didnt take as many pictures as I wanted because we were just so rushed.
My mom was scheduled to take the train home on Monday but I wanted her to stay another day, so the girls and I drove her 6 hours home on Tuesday and then turned around and drove it again today. My brother is re-modling my moms bathroom and her house is chaos, so it didnt make sense for us to stay for a visit. It would have been too stressful keeping Evelynn out of everything. So we drove home today. Im glad to be home
And can I just add that my husband is an awesome pumpkin carving artist?! LOL.
