Jr is getting older by the minute it is kind of sad. It seems like yesterday I went through all the trouble of giving birth to him and now he is almost 4 months old. He still keeps me up every now and again through the night but other than that things have been good. I am starting him on solids right now which is it's own little entertainment all in itself. There are sometimes when I am feeding him I wish I had like two more hands. Both of them would be to entertain his little hands before they decided to go into the mouth then make all kinds of messes (the messes make cute pictures though).
My little sister is starting to drive me nuts though. Between her and the baby I sometimes think the baby is more mature than her. She has gotten into the habit of bossing everyone around in the house and everyone who lives here is older than her. She seems to believe that just because she became a mother that means that she has authority over more than just her child.
On a more happier note it is in the works that maybe around tax season me, sean, and sean jr are going to try and find a new apartment. I love living with my parents but the constantly having to put up with my sister and always having to pick dog hairs off of my son when I change him. I know my mom will be disappointed to hear when we do break the news that we are thinking about moving out because she loves having the grandsons close but there is only so much I can handle and I think moving out will be the best thing for us. |
