Hola! Hey! Hi! My name is Maya Sidonia Smith. I’m 12 years old. My birthday is September 26th. I was born in the year of 1999. I consider myself a 90’s kid even though I was only alive for one year out of the 90’s. Oh well though, right? I live in Alma, Wisconsin. I’ve been living here for over a year. My favorite color is Teal/Turquoise.
I absolutely love taking pictures. It could be of anything; myself, nature, random things. Anything. So, with that being said (or typed) I might be a photographer when I’m older but I’m not quite sure yet what I wanna do for a career.
I like to have fun. I like putting on dresses of mine, doing my make-up and doing my hair. Some may call that “Dressing Up.” But I call it “Re-living Childhood Memories.” I like to text, listen to music, write and read things; not technically books, but random things like poems, schedules and old things I have written down. Little things that I have written down and stuff are things that I like to consider as memories. I play the flute and to be honest, I’ve only really played it once this whole summer. I like to paint my nails a lot. I don’t just do one color on my nails at a time. I like doing lots of different colors at a time. If I don’t, my nails just look plain.
I’m going into the 7th grade. Let’s see…hmm. Oh, when I’m not comfortable when I’m writing or reading on my bed, I switch to the other side of my bed. But the other side isn’t even really that comfortable at all. It only is for like 5 minutes. I try to write cool and add little cartoons to my handwriting, but it ends out as a big fat FAIL!
I’ll admit it, I act different around people other than my family then when I actually am with my family. I also try to act older (mature). Like, I don’t but stupid t-shirts that say things like, “I’m so cool” or, “I’m sexy and I know it.” That’s little kid stuff. I’m not a little kid. I’m a teenager. 13. Thirteen. Some people say that you’re still a kid until you turn 18. Eighteen. Wrong! I think that once you turn 13 (Thirteen), you are officially a TEEN! See my point? Yeah, exactly. But it’s their opinion. Whatever. Actually, once, someone had an argument about that whole thing before. Yeah, they sounded stupid. Oh well. Their loss.
I like drawing arrows to things to explain my thinking. It comes out of habit most of the time. I like the 80’s style. That’s what I wear sometimes. LOL. I also write “LOL’s” a lot. I don’t really know why though. I usually reply LOL to something that is funny or when I have nothing else to say. I don’t really “Laugh Out Loud”. Also, I write (my handwriting) with a slant. Not a huge one. So yeah. I like to make lists and organize things. Like if my room is messy, I get paranoid and angry and I clean it. Or, if I’m bored, I clean it. Weird, huh? Yeah, I know.
