Where do you see yourself in a year? 5 years?
Twice now, in the last week or so, people have asked me these questions and I come up sputtering and stammering because I no longer have any good answers.
I have lost sight of my dreams and goals and am just spinning round in circles, almost aimlessly.
So, I have decided that over the next few weeks, I will look into this deeply and make some decisions and figure out what I really want.
The awesome news from today was that I got to meet a classmate who I've been in quite a few online classes with over the past year. She was in town and we had coffee and chatted for over an hour. It was so awesome. She is more amazing in person than she is online and I look forward to continuing my relationship with her. She's been an awesome mentor and great support through these last few classes, but this is the last one I'll be in with her, as I have to take some other classes than her. Next year she is going to another institution to do her masters and doctorate classes, but we're going to do our best to keep in contact. She is so interesting and full of life and smart and amazing! I'm so glad to have her as a friend.
Off to get gramma lunch then back to help Jon get ready for work, then head to grindstone and it's homework for me until the wee hours of the morning!
