I've been really anxious all day, trying to focus on homework but just having a terrible time concentrating, the two boys are off to town for a while and now that it's quite, it's even worse. Just can't seem to settle down and get things done, I'll have a thought and then after I write it down and try to connect the next one, my mind wanders and I'm having trouble re-focusing myself. This is highly unproductive for homework that has to be done very shortly and in the next few days. Hoping I can find a way to calm myself and focus more...
