shit...fan...waiting****edit

12/02/2013

so, I got tired of him not responding, and forwarded the email to his work, got a snap reply back "send me receipts"

So, I wrote out a list of all the items, took pictures of all the paid orders, attached them all to an email and sent it back!!!

He's lucky I didn't charge him for all the clothes I bought, but the dress clothes for church really aren't his responsibility, so I left some of that off.

Now the wait begins to see if he will pay for it all or object and only pay for some.

Regardless, I've decided that if he doesn't pay for them all, I'll even be nice and accept a few payments, that I'm going to officially file child support on him.

***doesn't look like he's going to answer back tonight...oh well

Don't hold your breath. If you didn't get any help before hand when asking, you're not likely to get any now.

Do the paperwork yourself, first, so you can see if you can expect more or less in child support than what he's paying you directly. I'd imagine with the current arrangement you're getting less than you could be, but I don't know how all the numbers crunch so I can't say for sure. There should be a calculator you can use online or something to do the work yourself to see.

the calculator doesn't work unless you can punch in what he makes and what he pays for insurance, etc., I don't have that information and I know he won't give it to me, so I think my only option would be to file and let the DCS go after him for all the documentation and then make my decision after we get it all together, if I can get more out of him, then I would definitely go ahead with that

I hope it works out and he doesn't end up being more of a deadbeat like D is. His obligation is $25/month per child because as soon as they find his employer and work towards increasing his obligation and garnishing, all of a sudden he isn't employed anymore. I haven't received ANYTHING from him for two months, and before that he was down to making a payment every other month.
