I think it's time to increase his child support payments. And have DCS collect from him. I know you two have something worked out between the two of you, but this is ridiculous. Also, stop taking G up there. Make Matt come get him (that's how it usually is, the receiving parent is the one who handles transportation. You'd still have to go get him, but make Matt come pick him up in the first place). If he is not going to help you help his child, then don't make his life easier than you have to.

I seriously considered signing up for them to do that, but getting food stamps, don't they only give you like $50 or something and they take the rest? I can't live without getting the full funds.

Food stamps, no. If you get cash assistance, yes. But with food stamps they don't keep the child support, but it does count against your food stamp amount.

I already report what I get now so it probably wouldn't make too much of a difference, and we don't get cash assistance so that is good.

Also, post a comment on the picture "It's really great how you AND your wife (whatever) can both afford brand spanking new cars, but you can't be bothered to buy your son clothing."

I really want to be snarky but that would really make things nasty and I don't want to lower myself to his level, but was thinking about posting something just on my page about how the new clothes I had to buy Garret came, or something like that; not a direct jab but maybe just a little one.
