Day 3 - I'm a sad case

Had mom help with measuring me...sewing tape didn't work, I'm too fat, she had to haul out the big measuring tape for most of them.

She seemed supportive, concerned of course, but willing to help.

We talked about exercise and I asked her about tilling up a walking path around the field and she said she was going to ask the neighbor if he would help out with that, so hopefully sometime in the next few weeks we will have a walking path here at home. Jon wants to walk with me when he gets home, but I don't want to walk on the road and leave Garret alone in the house, but if we have a path behind the house in the field, I would feel much better about it.

Trying to plan meals and snacks in so I don't forget them.  Need to have 10 more alarms on my phone, but might just set up repeating calender events to remind me.  Doing pretty well on water so far, but need to drink tons more to get up to where I should be for optimum weight loss.  Some may think it's funny, but seriously will need to go out and buy a few packs of light pads or panty liners cause my wee bladder is going to be having a hard time until my body gets used the excess fluids.

Found my exercise tiles to cushion the floor and I know where my yoga mat is now so going to start that tomorrow, while Jon's asleep and then for the times he is at work I can do the noisy stuff like step or riding the bike outside.  I know I have a small weight set around, a weighted ball, and some ankle weights too, so going to go rummage in storage this week and see if I can find them, cause those will be helpful later on.

Sucks that my old fitness band isn't supported anymore but ordered the cheapest one they had and that should be here in about a week or so, which will help me accurately track calories and steps, etc.  It was expensive, but it will be worth it.

Keep in mind the water in the food you eat counts towards your water for the day. So many people mistakenly believe you have to DRINK all that water, but you don't. Drinking that much water can have a negative effect on weight loss because it fills you up without really giving you any nutrition. For someone already in starvation mode, that doesn't help one bit.

I think I remember someone saying that, which is good because my shakes have 16 oz of water in them, so that is two more cups I can count for today, yeah! I'm just hoping to find a happy balance though, enough to help my body work efficiently.
