Friday I asked my supervisor if they let go of G. I was told that they weren't going to be doing that. However much to my fortune one of the other leads who G was working for over heard this and looked up his productivity. G apperently only did 5 units in 4 hours and that rated him an efficencey of 18.16%. That means that a regular person would get about 4 done in the time it took him to do one. When they told my supervisor about that well apperently they weren't going to be willing to give alot of overtime to someone who works at that speed. I have also found out that I am still on mandatory overtime. I worry about burn out with such a heavy overtime schedual. Working from 7 to 5 monday through thursday sometimes friday unless they only work us the extra hour to 4:30, and then saturday from 7 till either noon or 1. I think it's been three weeks and I don't see an end in sight. I am alittle supprised that they haven't gone to sundays as well I know that it's an even bigger waste of money since your then paying people double for what they work. However all of this work has got me taking every moment of my free time as the most important time of my day. I know that I only have now 6 hours 30 minutes before I need to goto sleep and do my week all over again. |
