 AF is now def super heavy. believe me i am not complaining because i know that this is supposed to be happen it happens to women every day. im actually getting pretty optimistic and hoping that this will be my month. ive been talking to some women in a support group on FB that are taking vitex and are getting good results from it. so from what ive seen thus far i have to say that i am positive that i will get my BFP within the next couple of months!!! Oh yeah and as for the title. crampss are not my best friend right now. but i know its only natural!!
