The past always finds a way to haunt us. It always comes out no matter how hard we try to push it back. Along with this is our present, which always finds some way of making us rethink everything we thought we knew. Soon after is the future, which usually scares the hell out of people. Life is everything we thought we knew, and hope to know.
I have had so much on my mind these days and I have no idea what to think about any of it. My past seems to have a huge effect on my decisions in my present. I tried to push it away, hide it deep in my memory and just forget it, and yet it comes out to haunt me.
I sometimes wish that I could actually trust people to talk to someone about this. But it seems like everyone I talk to anymore, no matter how close we are and how many times they say "it stays between us," it always gets out to someone else. Then everyone else knows about what is going on in my mind. I don't need that again...I just need someone to talk to and to help me figure things out.
I just want to take a vacation and get away....
