Well. My mom's cancer is starting to get the best of her. She was okay until she started losing her hair from the treatments. She broke down and cried. It was the 2nd time I saw her cry about being ill... the first being when she found out she had cancer again. I didnt know what to tell her... I didnt know what to say to comfort her. I just sat there and hugged her. She went and bought a wig, it just needs to have certain things done to it before it will look right... ya know, a trim here and there.
Sean wants to join the military. His mind is made up. He is worried about the asvab and his feet though. Half the stuff he was supposed to learn throughout school he didnt, so he is struggling with it. He has been studying, and all that, but he still has trouble with some of the stuff. The poor guy. In the whole 7 years I have known him I have NEVER seen him work this hard for ANYTHING... He REALLY wants this. Ive been trying to help where I can, but sometimes I make him feel dumb. I dont mean to do it, but... I dont know. I wish there was a teacher or someone we could turn to. The good news is he needs a 35 for enlistment and when he took the practice test up at the recruiters office he got a 33... so he is only 2 points off, and has doubled his score from when we took it in High School. He takes the asvab on Thursday. I hope that he passes it...But then we have to worry about his feet... He's never been told by a doctor but you can tell they are FLAT FLAT FLAT, and they wont take him if their doctor says he has flat feet, so he is trying to find a way to "fake" and arch...
My ex is back in town. The one that I apparently "ran out of town" when I broke up with him. It's been 2 years since we dated. I saw him when I walked into walmart, and then he started following me through the store. I ran and got what I needed to when I realized it I dropped everything and ran out and got into the car I was in and left and went to a different walmart. I didnt tell Sean he was following me becuase he would have flipped out and gone nuts. I did tell him I saw him though. That's not lieing is it??? |
