Usually, I boil water and breathe in the vapors, or take a hot shower.

 I'm sorry you have all that and a bag of potato chips going on hun. I have to see a Neurologist too... so I feel ya... but mine is for these stupid migraines I've been getting like 3 times a week at least.
I'm so very very glad that Jeff is healing well... and that you survived another birthday.. I'm just sorry that you are in ill health.. I wish there was a way I could help alleviate some of your stress.. *hugs*
