WE GOT THE HOUSE!!!
i was going to write about the offers and the counters and the stress and the blah blah blah, but fuck it. pending financing (which shouldn't be hard - i just hope it's fast) we are homeowners!
if you're interested in checking out the mls listing, you can find it here (at least until they take it off the site).
i'm so so excited! and terrified! and happy! and nervous! and all of the things! seriously, ever want to feel every feeling? buy a house. i'm an elated mess. it is the best.
