Sleepy... but updating before bed

I went to the Dr today before I went to work.
The PA chick checked me out, as it would have taken until May to get an appointment with my regular PCP.
Let's go over that again... MAY. The man is busy until MAY.
Mostly because he's an awesome Dr (he literally saved my little brother's life... true story. remind me to tell you all that some time) and everyone wants to see him, but it's a little absurd when you can't get an appointment for months on end.

Anyway, the PA lady pulled on my arm, tested my muscle strength and reflexes. But while she was asking me questions, I moved my arm to show her the point where movement becomes painful.
She was four feet away from me at the time.
My shoulder went *pop*crunch*crack*
like it was a breakfast cereal. But not delicious. At all.
Her comment?
"Ohhhh... yeah. That's not good."

It's apparently a rotator cuff injury. Don't remember whant I did to it though. She said ther's the potential for it to be arthritis setting in though I'm a little young for it.
I'm going in for an x-ray on Friday to see if they can't get a look at it and really tell what's going on. In the meantime she gave me some extra strength Alieve (naproxen sodium is magic I tell you. MAGIC!) and a corizone shot in my shoulder.
Yep.
BIIIIIIIIG needle right into my shoulder joint.

Anyone remember one of my biggest fears?
Needles.

That sucked.
But it's already feeling much better.
The nice thing is?
I have a big old spasm knot in my right neck/shoulder area from holding it all tense when I'm asleep as well as favoring my right arm in general (not that I've noticed but my mom did mention that I'm always resting Elora more on my hip and just balancing her with my arm).

The best way to get rid of said muscle spasm?
Masage.

and it's Dr recommended.
So my mom says she'll pay for it.

Sweet.

Oh holy heck. That sounds awful. I'm slowly getting use to needles - but I still have my limits. But good lord that whole thing sounds painful glad it's feeling better though!
