Mother's Day ... with a dash of cute big enough to make you throw up a little

First Official Mother's Day
So I slacked a little and didn't update on Mother's Day. I was busy hanging out with my kid. So I'm pretty sure that's okay.
We got Crazy a new digital camera. Nothing super fancy. Just the new Nikon Coolpix. Pretty much a couple steps above mine.
Crazy picked a really cute card and a huge balloon for me. It's a giant daisy with Happy Mother's Day in the center of the flower. The "o" in Mother is a ladybug. Cute.
Crazy said that the baby was playing with it when they were buying it at the grocery store and the cashier asked Elora if it was for her Mommy or mostly for her.
Elora apparently looked at the lady and said "Woooooo! Pbffffffffffffft!"
Like she was saying "Both! Haha! I blow raspberries at you woman!!"

Elora has started to mimic things recently.
If you shake your head and tell her no she laughs and shakes her head back at you. She dances (wiggles her shoulders and little bum lol) to music and sometimes she'll babble nonsense and it seems like she's trying to sing along.
She'll also give you a sloppy wet kiss if she's feeling so inclined too.

My day was spent mostly in the backyard with my mom, our dog, and Elora.
I caught up on reading and played with Elora alot. She's just getting to the point where she'll sit in the grass without freaking out and trying to climb me. The first time we sat down she didn't know what to do and tried to climb further up me and clung to my neck for dear life. She's since gotten over that and will grab at it from my lap and try to pet the lawn lol
We've been working with her on petting the dog and the cat gently. Sometimes she rub the wrong way still but she's a billion times better about not pulling fur. So I guess the grass kind of looks like fur to her so she pets it.
Weird little thing lol

Want a "Mommy Moment Story?" Well here you go...

So I'm in the back yard today, and Elora started getting cranky. Which wasn't a shock since she'd been in her pack'n'play for a while and it was rapidly closing in on her normal nap time. So I picked her up for a cuddle and said
"Uga muga."
My mom though that was cute. It's from Mr. Rodgers if you don't know (though if you don't you should really look him up. The man was awesome), and Daniel Stripe-ed Tiger was my favorite character ever. My mom is pretty sure that "Uga-Muga" was my third or fourth word. Right after cookie, Mama, and "Me! How'bout me?" although that was when people were handing out cookies.
Anyway, Daniel striped tiger used to rub noses with the one girl character and say "Uga muga uga muga, I love you."
And that's what I do with Elora sometimes. Because I'm a nerd and it's cute.
Today in response to me saying "Uga Muga", Elora shook her head (kind of almost rubbing noses iwth me) grabs my cheeks and pulls me in for a kiss.
