So I haven’t really updated in a while.
I’ve been pretty stressed out with school.
But our first day of blood draws was today. I held down Sydney while Bill took a few Ccs of blood for the FLV test.
Pretty exciting.
What with the angry black kitty swearing up a storm at me.
Ponytails are good distractions though, so he got mad at my hair and not so much me… or Bill.
No one has hamburger hands, and kitty is FLV free.
So all is well.
I started making a blanket for a friend’s impending granddaughter.
It should be done in time.
She’s due on May 19th.
But I’m having a little trouble getting the hang of the whole multiple thing.
It’s the first blanket (or any crochet project) where that’s mattered.
For Heather’s scarf I just did a double crochet of a certain number and hoped I didn’t screw it up.
Thanks to the wonders of you tube (cause I really am that much of a loser) I’m picking up new stiches.
It keeps my geeky side happy anyway.
