They look a bit like Mars Delights (the biscuit and creaminess that is), and I'm not too big a fan of them. They contain an awful lot of calories for something that is not very filling, or very chocolatey. I'd rather eat a 190 calorie bag of Mars Planets! Or a Wispa (210 and full of chocolate :))

Oh actually, I just remembered, I did have a beuno once! It was free with a magazine. But was just as I said... too much tasteless cream and not enough chocolate!

Hanuta is amazing. It's from Germany, my friend sent me a package with a few different kinds of candy and Hanuta was the best. I seriously crave them all the time.

LOL. I used to love Hershey bars. Then I spent two weeks in Eurpoe eating tons of chocolate. I came back home, had a Hershey bar, and it tasted like wax! Seriously, it had no taste at all, because I was so used to the good stuff.

Yeah I heard that they sold them at Target which is a chain store in the US, and I am there almost every day so the next time I am there I will see if they got them.

heh i know. it's kinda hard to not know big american stores these days anyway. especially at bloop. you guys have kohls, and we have coles, but they're pronounced the same. so for ages i thought kohls was the same thing as our coles. turns out not really ;D

American chocolate is made in a completely different way isn't it? Like, you don't actually have milk chocolate over there?

Kinder Bueno's are the most AMAZING things. I love them so much. I can't eat the white chocolate ones though, they're just too sweet for me. Happy Hippo's are lovely too, for a small sweet treat. Yum yum yum!

Australian chocolate tastes different too because it has something in it to stop it melting I believe.

I had real german chocolate a few weeks ago and it was so amazingly good. It wasn't too rich or sweet. It like velvet. Damnit I need the name. lol

I missed my French/British chocolates when I was living in the US!!! You guys don't do Kinder chocolates ! I love my Kinder eggs, and the Kinder Buenos and the kinder chocolate bars... We still have the Kinder Joy here, as November Butterfly mentioned, and I have not yet tried them... because I've been trying to stay out of those things, but I might have to grab some when I go to the store next time.
Never had nor seen the hippos though, must be only in the UK, I might have to get me some of those when I'm in the UK in 2 weeks time.
Hershey is yuck to me.
My favorite chocolate in the US was Dove Dark Chocolates SO GOOD!!!

i've had the kinder eggs and i love the toys you get inside but i honestly don't like the chocolate either... probably because i'm so used to this american chocolate that "the good stuff" doesn't taste good to me :(

what are tim tams??
