Sorry no written article that i could find.

Honestly, Why would someone even bother to find someone who put a restraining order on them, just to poke them. I can clearly see why she needed the restraining order now.

Well.. not really.. like..

Lets take you and i as an example.. I creep you out enough that you feel you need to put a restraining order on me
So rather then take the hint that im fucking creepy.. i sign into facebook and find you and poke you on the site. I already know i can't be such and such a distance from you so i use the internet to still follow you around in certain aspects. The woman who poked is obviously messed.

People send out mass pokes with a fixed list of people. I do it too on the occasion. And either way, a poke on Facebook is hardly standing outside her window with his dick out, you know? I mean, if she freaked out because he sent a poke to him on Facebook, she was clearly overreacting.

Assuming the story happened as written. If he has a history of harassing her simply to be a dick, then yeah, he was being a dick and deserved it.

Well yeah, it still applies, if she was simply being a dick, then yeah she deserved it, but it totally could have been an accident.

Can you poke someone that isn't your friend on facebook? I don't think you can. You would think that after putting a restraining order on someone you would take the person off your friends list.

yeah you could, i dont know if you still can, but when you searched for people the "poke them" option was there besides adding as a friend or sending them a message.

Oh I never noticed that. What does it mean to "poke" someone anyways? Like get their attention or something?

at first, i thought that would be kind of lame...but then when you see that she was actually stalking the person, it makes it creepy.
