Dawn of The Dead (original), The Shining, Exorcist (was there another version aside from one I'm thinking of?), Jason before they gave up being creative. I mean come on, frozen in time until some space students find the guy and he somehow manages to get defrosted? Lame fucking idea. I notice no one picked out Poltergeist so I'm throwing it out there. If there was ever a disturbing movie, that's it.

horror movies rarely scare me as i watch them. it's when i go to bed later that they get to me. silent hill did it the worst as that played up the whole "bad shit happens in the dark" thing.

silent hill, it, the grudge, saw. gees i can't think of any lol.

anyone seen paranormal activity? i don't know if it's coming out in aus, but people seem to think it's good.

A friend of mine said it was pretty scary but good. He saw it in theaters on the weekend and he said a friend of his had to leave because it was scary. Mind you, it could just be that his friend was a pussy, but who knows.

i find most people are pretty pussy about horror flicks, but maybe i'm just more interested in how they do things or what someone's mind is like to come up with stories like those. it's all just make up, fake blood and good tricks.

Myself, I prefer psychological thrillers because on some baser degree, it could happen, and that's what makes it scary for me.

The Strangers is the only movie in a long time to actually freak me out. The Ring scared me the 1st time I saw it, but then I watched it a 2nd time and just laughed at it.

Candy Man scared the ever loving crap out of my 5 year old self ;D.

Hostel, anyone? Hehehe

I love the Saw series, but my all time favorite horror movie is Tales from the Crypt: Demon Knight. That movie is amazing. I also like Dog Solders, if anyone's even heard of it. Horror is my favorite genre. I have over 100 titles, and I havent been keeping up so I could go on forever lol

I like a lot of the classics, like It and The Shinning and The Exorcist, etc. The Ring scared the shit out of me for a loooong time lol, but I was wimpy back then. Audition is one movie that really creeped me out, but not until the end. And I don't generally watch foreign films so it was boring and hard to follow, but afterward I got scared anytime I saw something that resembled a random burlap sack :-p.

One 'horror'/thriller movie that I can say SUCKED is Horsemen. God, that movie was bad.
