It stops you getting ingrown hairs and little raised lumps around your hair folicles.

That sounds very odd.

Do you use a soap or shaving cream when you shave there?

No lol. I usually just sit in the bath (reading) for a bit, with bubbles, and then ... do it, haha.

Hm I find that really odd, seeing as I usually don't use anything but water in the shower, and I've never had a reaction like that :(

Are you sure you're not allergic to the bubbles at all?

I don't think I am. It doesn't happen to any other part of my body... Hm, maybe I just have sensitive skin or something.

Thats kinda what I meant.
The skin down there is vastly different to the rest of your skin ;D
So shaving would push the soap and such into the skin there.

I'd think try one of the bubble baths for sensitive skin, maybe that would help :x

When I was laying on the hospital bed & the doctor decided that I was going to need an emergency C section to deliver my son, he told the nurse to "shave" my upper vag area... little did they know (and surely got a kick out of it when they found out) that I already did that prior to my visit to the hospital that day. Anyway, they all laughed about it. I didn't really find it to be funny at the time but I guess now that I think about how silly I must have looked pregnant, standing in the shower, trying to work around my massive belly to shave that area... ya that is a bit funny. :-P :D :D :D
