About Me & Mine

Hi.
My name is Elizabeth. I am 23 years old, and live near Wichita, Kansas. I work full time as a model, and I have for 4 years now. I love my job! I am a single Mom of three gorgeous kids, who I love with all my heart. I left my ex due to abuse and infidelity. I have never regretted that decision.

I've got an amazing boyfriend that is pretty damn awesome. He is 25 and works in the kitchen at a Cardiac hospital. He's got a degree that, due to the economy, he is unable to currently find a job using. He's referred to it before as failure, but, I prefer to think of it as delayed success. He is a co-owner of a screenprinting company, he does all of their graphic design work and is pretty damn good at it. He's an incredible artist and it was totally one of the things we bonded over in the beginning.

Prior to us dating, he had no experience with children. At first, he was scared about me being a Mom, but, he's gotten incredibly experienced pretty damn fast. He's amazing with my children, and couldn't love them more if he had been there for conception.

Alexander James
Alex is my oldest child. I found out I was pregnant with him on December 15, 2004. He was due August 25, 2005 - the day before my 18th birthday - and ended up making his grand appearance on September 9th, 2005. Someone forgot to slip the kid a calender, apparently! I was in labor for 36 hours, spending 2 hours pushing, before being taken in for an emergency c-section. Although I had hoped for an all natural labor & delivery, free of ANY medications or interventions, I really like the way things went, in retrospect. My son and I both came close to dying that day - whatever it took to save us both, was without a doubt the right decision to make. Alex was a big boy from day one - when he was born, he was 9 lbs 6 oz, and 21.5 inches long.
Now, Alex is an amazing, fabulous, mohawk-rocking 4 and a half year old. He already loves to chill and rock out, which is soo fun! He's totally a typical oldest child. Very class A and tempermental, but super protective and caring, too.

Gabriella Danielle Faith
My daughter was born on August 21, 2007, at 37 weeks, after a very traumatic pregnancy. No one ever expected her to survive. At 18 weeks pregnant, she was given an "absolute zero" chance of survival. That same day, we had an amniocentesis done, which led to her being diagnosed with Turners Syndrome. If you have any questions about it, or other basic genetic questions, feel free to ask!! There are so many stigmas surrounding genetic abnormalities, and I'd love to start breaking them.
Gabriella Danielle Faith has been a teensy girl from day one - the polar opposite of her big brother! She was 6 lbs 3 oz, and 17 inches long when she was born, and lost a full pound. She had heart surgery at 7 weeks, which ultimately saved her life. She's got kidney surgery and most likely more heart surgery in her future, but, we're just glad to have her here with us. She was born by scheduled c-section in order to prevent stress on her heart - we'd gotten this far, and we didn't want to risk loosing her to the stress of surgery, which no one thought she could withhold.
Now, at almost 3 years old, Gabby is my little diva dollie. She's in 12-18 month clothes now. Yeah, she's tiny. It's ok though. She's got big blue eyes and gorgeous blonde curls, and she totally works her long eyelashes to her advantage.

Jude Robert
Jude Robert is my youngest, my itty bitty - although now, he's really not that itty bitty anymore haha. He was born on March 26th, 2009, and was a big ol' 7 lbs 11 oz, and 19.5 inches long. He had black hair and big dark eyes, but now he's got sandy blonde waves and blue eyes! He's my laid back little hippie baby, totally content to sit back and walk. He's 15 months old now, and just starting to walk around. It will come in time, I'm not worried. He's a snuggler, a love. He's happiest when those around him are happy too. If I laugh, he laughs. If I cry, he cries. He's...amazing.
