Not long after waking up, I came across a different kind of metal creature. It was just a sphere, but it turned in to a monster. It was even harder to beat than the spiders. These Dwemer really liked to make some strange things.

I am much deeper in to the ruin and Vigilance has died. One of the sphere's killed him. I found a place to bury his body and I had a drink in his honer. He may have just been a dog, but he saved my life a few times in here alone.

There are Flamer down here. I thought the Snow Elves died out centuries ago. They seem to be hard of sight so I was able to dispatch of a few before they knew I was there. I hope that there are not to many.

I have just had to fight a metal giant that shot steam at me. It was the most difficult battle I have had to date. I hope that there are not more of those things deeper in to this place.

I have arrived at some kind of cavern. It looks to be very large and I can see lots of Falmer from here. I will have to be very careful as I find my way through.

This cavern is magnificent. I want to explore it but I feel I must get to the Elder Scroll as fast as I can.
I made it through the cavern without having to draw my bow once. I am now in a tower. I hope the scroll is in here. I want to see my family again soon.

I have found the Elder Scroll and managed to make a copy for Septimus. I am going to spend the night here and leave for Iverstead in the morning.
