I have had a hot breakfast and I have stocked up on supplies. I hope I find Septimus fast, it is very icy in the farther north you go.
This is the coldest I have ever been. I fell in to some water and am now close to freezing to death. Of all the things I could have forgot to get before leaving, I can't believe I forgot firewood. You would have thought that with all my experience in the wilds, hunting, that I would always have firewood on me.
I have found Septimus' outpost. It is the side of a glacier. He is quite mad but he has told me where I can find the Elder Scroll although he has asked me to do something for him in return. I am to go to a dwemer ruin called Aftand and use a machine to copy the Elder Scroll for him. I agreed to do this for him because I am going there any way.
I will spend the night here and leave for Winterhold in the morning. |
