We woke early and left the city after some breakfast. I hope we find Esbern and Delphine soon.
We encountered a powerful dragon on the road. It was far stronger than any I have faced so far but Hoth and I managed to bring it down. We are close to the meeting point now so hopefully we will find Alduin's Wall soon.
We found Esbern and Delphine by the side of the road. They were waiting for us because it looks like the Forsworn have taken up camp at the entrance of the Karthspire.
We wiped out the Forsworn and their Hagraven leader with ease. Now that there are four of us, we shouldn't have any problems.
After we entered Karthspire, we were attacked by an army of Forsworn. We manged to beat them all and carried on deeper inside.
We found a puzzle. We had to turn three pillars with symbols on to the right order. Esbern said that one of the symbols on the pillars meant dragonborn so I made them all face the same way and a stone bridge fell for us.
Another puzzle. This time, there is a room with symbolized tiles on the floor. If we step on a wrong tile, a fire ball is fired at us. I see the symbol for dragonborn again and it's next to another one, in fact, it looks like they make a path. I will follow it and see.
It worked. I only stepped on the dragonborn tiles and I managed to disarm the trap for the others.
We came to a room with a giant head built in to the wall. There is also a strange circle on the ground, Esbern called it a blood seal, he also said that in order to get through we will need the blood of a dragonborn. I cut my hand and dripped some of the blood on the seal and the huge head opened up and we went inside Sky Haven Temple.
It was dark inside the temple and we had to light my lamp until we found some torch holders. When we could see properly, Eslbern was in awe of the stone work on the walls. I must admit, it was a sight to behold.
We have found Alduin's wall and it is amazing. It tells us how we might be able to defeat him. We need to find a shout. Sadly the wall doesn't say which shout we need, only that it pulls dragons from the sky, so we are going to have to find it ourselves.I have decided to ask the Greybeards if they know what the shout is. Hoth and I will leave right away.
We went back to Markarth to see if we could take a carriage, but it was late and we were hungry, so we went to the inn for some food and ended up getting rooms for the night. We will leave for Iverstead in the morning. |
