i recently bought some sock yarn and a pattern off knit picks. i have bought things from this site before and i've never had troubles with it before until now. i did the check out like i normally do, but i added a gift card and my credit card information because my gift card did not have enough to cover the amount. it said it went through and i was able to access the pattern i bought. i haven't gotten an email yet about it shipping out (it's been two day). i checked my account information and order history. it says my order is on hold. i've never had this happen before. i didn't know if anyone has gone through this before when using a gift certificate and credit card. i sent them an email a few minutes ago about the situation too.

Have you posted this on Ravelry? There would be a larger source of folks who are more familiar with knit picks and their payment process. I'm familiar with knit picks, but I am not familiar with their payment system, so I can unfortunately offer no assistance.
