I have this huge mint plant and the only thing we really use the leaves for is mint iced tea. So I'm looking for suggestions of what to do with them. I've put some up to dry as well. What would you do with fresh mint leaves?

Put it in with new potatoes and a bit of butter, you can also use it to make minted peas and mint sauce. Be careful to keep it under control as mint is very invasive and often ends up absolutely everywhere, if you can it would be a good idea to dig it up, put it in a pot and then bury the pot to restrict its growth.

Definitely Mojitos or Pimm's. Mint sauce. You can also just take a piece and chew it for instant fresh breath.

In addition to alcoholic beverages, mint is also great with cucumber in a salad, with a yogurt sauce.
