I was about to say "banana on a sandwich?!?" then I remembered my mum used to give me mashed banana sandwiches as a little kid (no mayo though) and they actually tasted good!

So...it's mashed up meat in a can? Like Spam. OH MY GOD. I just looked it up on google. Lauren... it looks like what I feed Mordecai on "special occasions." Actually his Fancy Feast looks better because it's not the minced stuff it's the grilled kind with gravy...

Absolutely NOTHING beats a good Reuben Sammich: Corned Beef, Sauerkraut, Spicy Mustard, Aged Swiss Cheese, toasted on Pumpernickel/Rye Swirl Bread.

I'm pretty particular about my sandwiches. If I'm having turkey [always has to be a sub, publix subs ftw], I have to have mayo, lettuce, pickles, and cheese, usually muenster or havarti, salt and pepper. Ah-mazing. If I'm just making something at home it's usually chicken salad- chicken, miracle whip, sunflower seeds, spicy mustard and a TON of cracked pepper, on toasted bread. Orrr it's some kinda turkey/chicken, with cheese, hummus and sriracha. If I'm lazy or lack of food, I resort to stealing some bread from my brother, use his smooth peanut butter, his honey or his strawberry jam, good to go!

I enjoy what our grocery store calls "Cajun Turkey Breast" or a good ol' Genoa Salami sandwich. Muenster cheese with either honey mustard, regular yellow or spicy brown mustard. I also have to have it on sandwich thins bread. It's just the right amount of bread. I'm plain. I know. :)

My fave is rosemary ham, havarti cheese and mustard on either regular white bread or kaiser rolls.

Tuna and sweetcorn, tuna melt, smoked salmon and cream cheese, parma ham and tomato, blt or chicken and bacon. All delicious! Not a big fan of subway though. I don't think their bread is great. You can get much better sandwiches from other sandwich shops (although if I had to, I'd choose their sweet chilli chicken sub).

When making sandwiches at home I like pretty much any meat..ham/turkey/chicken/roast beef with either swiss or pepperjack cheese. I used to eat only meat, bread and cheese but now I'll had some spicy mustard and lettuce. I don't eat mayo and only eat regular mustard on hot dogs so my sandwiches were always plain. I like crunchy peanut butter with strawberry jelly on wheat bread. I used to put chocolate syrup on my pbj when I was little. It makes me sick to my stomach when I think about it now :P

At Subway I like the chicken bacon ranch toasted on wheat bread with tomoato, lettuce, cucumbers, jalepenos, bell peppers, banana peppers, pepperjack cheese, salt, pepper and oil and vinager. There's a Subway inside my job so I eat it at least three times a week :D I also went through a phase where I like the veggie sub with all the same veggies as above, american cheese and honey mustard. Yummy!
