Sounds like a rip-off to me, or they are trying to make you believe you saved $800.

Maybe. They gave me an itemized list of what everything cost and it all came out to about $800 buckaroos. The anesthesia cost the most though, it was ridiculous. I don't really care because in the end it's like I only paid $25 for a neuter, which is fine by me!

This is basically everything we do as well for my dog. I pay the full adult dog price for the max. plan they have, and I rarely have to pay anything out of pocket when I go in. Occasionally, if he's been sick & requires medication, I get that for free as well.

I called around and all the other vets in our area wanted a crap load of money for what Banfield gave us for the $30 a month. I'm still using them and have been for over a year now

I find it odd that vets are 24 hours there, here, yes they close at night, but if you phone them it diverts to the 'on call' vet and they will either come to your house or you can meet them at the surgery, we've had to do it before with one of our bunnies.

I guess it is odd. L0L. The one down the road from me never closes.
