So, I been tossing around an idea for a few days...so I need some honest opinions on this...

So, basically, I'm a HUGE Zombie movie fan. I've been to a few Zombie Walks and other Zombie inspired stuff. So, here's my idea...

Basically, I want to hold a Zombie Xmas Ball. I want to basically do "Zombie" caroling where we would all sing "Zombie" inspired Xmas songs. Songs such as...I Saw Mommy Eating Santa Claus, Zombie Claus Is Coming To Town, etc... I also want to hold a best custom contest. I would also like to get at least one "Zombie/Monster" inspired band to play a la The Misfits, Nekromantix or someone like that...

This would ALL be done for Charity of course. Price of admission would be either a donation to said named charity such as new toys/coats/clothes, etc. The cost of the event would be offset through advertising and cross promotion.

So...if something like this was held in YOUR town...Would it be something that you would actually attend??? Also...what other fun things would you like to see at such an event?

hmm, MC Chris would be an idea. He'd be a decent drawing act as well. I'll add him to the list of possible artists for it.

Nothing wrong with that. I've never actually heard his stuff. I have heard OF him...but not actually heard him. LOL Couple of friends are big fans though...

I really want to get this together and make this happen. I think it could be a really awesome thing. And it would be a good cause.

If you send him a message on his myspace and let him know I am sure he would love to help, he has done private concerts for sick kids, and he also has his own "charity" for research...i cant remember for what though.

Thank you. I'm thinking maybe if this is successful...I might take this model so other's can use it in their own city. Sort of what like DJ Morgoth did with the Bootie Parties in Berlin.

That would be awesome if something like that was close enough for me to go. I'd definetely go, and my family and I would probably see if they needed any help with anything too. We're definitely into Halloween, and bringing the horror into Christmas is just awesome!

It's something I want to do. The first one would be held somewhere in the Detroit surrounding area...and if it was successful, it's something that I would possibly do in other cities as well.
